Welcome to Vildebeest RC Airfield.
We are a group of Radio Controlled Modelling enthusiasts who established a sustainable model flying facility where like-minded enthusiasts can practice their hobby safely and affordably.
Our aim is to accommodate and motivate newcomers, especially young people, wishing to take up the hobby by making it accessible to them and by providing the assistance needed to make a success thereof. A flying school has been established under the guidance of Rudolf du Toit to provide expert training and advice.
The facilities for pilots, spectators and aircraft are continuously evolving to provide the best environment for relaxed, safe and hassle free flying.
Whether you are an old hand at the hobby, have always admired it but never took the step to get involved, or whether you have just discovered the world of miniature aircraft, we encourage you to come along and see what we have to offer.
